  A. Acne is a chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands of hair follicles. A series of abnormalities lead to the occurrence and development of acne, mainly including: 1. androgen stimulation of sebaceous gland function and increased sebum production; 2. abnormal keratinization of the follicular funnel of the sebaceous gland blocking the follicular opening; 3. active bacterial reproduction in the sebaceous gland unit of the follicle, especially Propionibacterium acnes; 4. local inflammation and the occurrence of an immune response. Second, in order to choose the most appropriate treatment plan, acne is divided into different grades of light, moderate and severe. 1. Third, the treatment of acne, mild (grade I) acne: treatment is mainly aimed at eliminating acne. The second is aimed at a few inflammatory papules as well as the purpose of debridement. In order to prevent recurrence, anti-keratinizing drugs can be applied frequently after the lesions have completely faded for 4 to 6 months of maintenance treatment. Severe (Grade IV) acne: In addition to the same treatment as moderate Grade III acne, the treatment with internal medication is strengthened, and the course of treatment is generally 8 to 12 weeks, followed by a reduction of medication to maintain treatment for 6 months.
