In both normal and cesarean deliveries, the meconium tissue is removed after delivery, causing a visible discharge of malodorous fluid. The color of the dew varies greatly depending on the composition of the dew. Generally, about a week after delivery, there will be a bright red color, which is also called bloody nightmare; about half a month after delivery, there will be obvious plasma nightmare, which will be yellowish in color. As time goes by, mucus malodex will appear again, with a white color. If yellowing occurs at this time, accompanied by a foul smell, it should be considered an abnormality caused by infection of the uterine cavity, and accompanied by continuous pain in the lower abdomen.
