How to say goodbye to insomnia with self-hypnosis

Many insomniacs don’t make a habit of going to bed only when they’re asleep! They are used to reading, listening to music, eating, talking on the phone …… and doing many things in bed so that the subconscious mind doesn’t think of the bed as a place to sleep. So, from today, go to bed only when you really want to sleep. And after you go to bed, don’t do anything else. Before you want to go to bed, make sure that you have done everything you need to do before you go to bed, so that you don’t lie in bed and still think about things, and of course you can’t sleep. Of all the problems, insomnia is arguably the easiest to treat with hypnosis, and you can get results immediately. The most commonly used self-hypnosis technique to fall asleep Use hypnotic guidance techniques such as progressive relaxation to put yourself into a hypnotic state. Then suggest to yourself internally: I am going to sleep now, I will sleep well, I will sleep well, and I will wake up tomorrow at X o’clock refreshed and energized. Now, I will slowly count from one to twenty, and with each number, I will go to sleep more and more, and when I reach twenty, I will fall asleep naturally. Then I would slowly count from one to twenty, and in my own case, I usually fell asleep before I got to twenty.
