Symptoms of ankle ligament injuries

Symptoms of ankle ligament injury include pain, swelling, and limited movement. 1. Pain: After ankle ligament injury, patients may have obvious pain, which will be aggravated by the force of inversion or eversion. 2. Swelling: due to edema, oozing, bleeding and increased vascular permeability, local swelling or bruising may occur. 3. Restricted activities: ankle ligaments play an important role in the stability of the joint, when the ankle ligaments are injured, the patient’s ankle dorsiflexion and extension activities, adduction and abduction activities are obviously limited, and the patient dares not walk on the ground.
