Patients with headache and back pain are mainly seen in the following conditions: 1. cervical spondylosis: some patients are prone to myotonic pain, such as headache, due to a long-term posture of the neck, after the shoulder and neck are cooled, and the headache is mainly occipital pain, accompanied by back pain, mainly in the interscapular region. 2. occupying lesions: patients with headache and back pain, if it is a chronic course, to perform cranial and cervical spine examination to understand whether there are intracranial and cervical spine pain caused by occupational lesions. 3. low cranial pressure headache: patients should be asked whether they have undergone lumbar puncture examination, diarrhea, reduction in the amount of food eaten, and have low cranial pressure headache, mainly manifested as headache and back pain, which is obvious when the position is changed.
