What are the symptoms of pulmonary arterial hypertension?

In the early stages, dyspnoea and extreme fatigue may occur. Over time, other symptoms may develop, including: swelling of the legs and feet, chest pain, fainting, feeling of fullness, abdominal pain, coughing, and haemoptysis.
