Is the fluid buildup and itching in both calves rheumatoid?

Double calves with fluid and itching is not necessarily rheumatoid, but also can be seen in osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, trauma and so on.
1. Rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic, inflammatory synovitis-based systemic disease of unknown etiology. It is characterized by polyarticular, symmetric, aggressive joint inflammation of the small joints of the hands and feet, often accompanied by extra-articular organ involvement and positive serum rheumatoid factor. Joint effusion can occur, but usually itching is not obvious.
2. Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a kind of degenerative disease, which is caused by many factors such as aging, obesity, strain, trauma, etc. The degenerative damage of articular cartilage, reactive hyperplasia of articular margins and subchondral bone. Mostly seen in middle-aged and old people, preferred in weight-bearing joints and joints with more activity, may appear joint effusion, but generally itching is not obvious.
3. Ankylosing spondylitis. Ankylosing spondylitis is a disease with inflammation of the sacroiliac joints and spinal attachment points as the main symptom, and joint effusions such as knees and ankles may occur, but they are generally asymmetric and not accompanied by itching.
4. Trauma. Localized trauma can appear joint effusion, but usually not accompanied by itching, and a history of trauma.
