Internal wheals are usually well within seven days if detected early and treated promptly. Two to three days after the onset of mydriasis, yellowish-white pus spots form in the center of the lesion, pain is significantly reduced after pus is discharged, inflammation rapidly subsides, and symptoms are relieved. When the causative bacterial toxin is strong, the body is poor and the resistance is weak, the inflammation can develop to form cellulitis of the eyelids and even the orbits, and some patients have systemic toxic symptoms such as fever, chills, and enlargement of the lymph nodes in front of the ear or under the jaw. If the treatment is not timely or improperly handled, it can cause serious complications such as sepsis or cavernous sinus venous thrombosis.
