2. 3. Upper extremity fracture: upper extremity fracture in the case of fragmentation is relatively strong, generally need to carry out functional exercises around the joints to prevent adhesion of the joints, usually in about three months before you can exercise.
It is recommended that before exercise, patients go to the hospital for routine examination, if the fracture bone scab growth state is good, bone cell proliferation is more, the bone line disappears, and then carry out the corresponding exercise, if the recovery is not complete, it is recommended to bed rest, avoid unnecessary activities, to reduce the damage to the fracture.
