For headache, you can press Baihui point, solar plexus point, Fengchi point and Hegu point.
Baihui, located on the head, is 5 inches straight up from the center of the front hairline. It treats dementia, stroke, aphasia, insomnia, forgetfulness, headache, vertigo, tinnitus, yin ting (prolapse of the uterus or even out of the vaginal opening in women), gastroptosis, and renal ptosis.
The solar plexus point, on the head, when between the tip of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye, about one horizontal finger backward in the depression. It is used for treating migraine, redness and swelling of the eyes, dizziness, astigmatism, toothache, asymmetry of the mouth and eyes, facial paralysis, and so on.
Fengchi, located in the posterior region of the neck, below the occipital bone, in the depression between the upper end of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of the trapezius muscle. It is used for treating stroke, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, cold, distorted mouth and eyes, and strong neck pain.
Hegu, located on the back of the hand, between the 1st and 2nd metacarpal bones, at the midpoint of the radial side of the second metacarpal bone. It is used for treating fever, headache, redness and swelling of the eyes, epistaxis (nosebleed), sore throat, toothache, deafness, swelling of the face and thirst.
