How to prevent and control common summer skin diseases

Summer is coming, many MM change into this season’s popular clothes, but only from a distance, not close to see. The reason is that MM’s neck, back, waist and other parts of a nasty pimple, red spots, chicken pox, etc., some due to scratching often secondary to bacterial and fungal infections, skin ooze, erosion, crust. There are also traces of “pimples” left behind on the back. For this reason, the Skin Care Family Health Institute conducted a questionnaire survey on consumers’ awareness of healthy skin. The results showed that 85% of consumers were troubled by common skin problems to varying degrees, but when asked what they considered to be the criteria for healthy skin, the number one ranking was fine, smooth and elastic skin, while “clean skin, free of bacteria and infection” was only the fourth ranking. Heat rash is the most common acute inflammation of the skin in summer. Prickly heat is caused by sweat hole obstruction, divided into three kinds of white prickly heat, red prickly heat and pus prickly heat, mostly occurs in the neck, chest and back, elbow fossa, nest and other parts, children can occur in the head, forehead and other places. At the beginning, the skin is red, and then red papules or papules of the size of a pinhead appear, and some of them are pus-like. Prickly heat is very itchy and painful, and sometimes there is a burst of hot burning pain and other manifestations. It is a good idea to keep your skin clean, bathe regularly and keep it dry, especially on the neck, armpits and other folds. After cleaning, sprinkle prickly heat powder to prevent prickly heat from occurring. Do not use your hands to scratch prickly heat and do not use strong alkaline soap to wash it. Acne (acne) is regional, mostly on the face, chest and back. The performance ranges from mild to severe, with blackheads, whiteheads, inflammatory papules, pustules, cysts, nodules, atrophy, etc., appearing on the face in light cases and on the back of the chest in heavy cases. Mainly due to youth development, the skin is oily, the face has microorganisms, more commonly seen such as rod-shaped bacillus, genetics these four causes for the occurrence of the plant: 1, oral and external, systemic medication at the same time. Young men and women should often wash their faces with soap containing sulfur and warm water, do not apply cosmetics with more oil on the face, do not use your hands to squeeze, eat less fat, sugar, chili, onions and garlic and other foods, drink less alcohol, eat more vegetables and fruits eczema heat causes the onset or aggravation of eczema, the beginning may be simply sweat accumulation within the surface layer of the skin, the formation of prickly heat, then cause skin redness, itching inflammatory reaction, and then by The vicious cycle continues with improper handling of scratching, causing eczema changes and even second-degree bacterial infections. There are many reasons why eczema occurs, such as wearing stuffy unventilated clothes, obese people, strenuous exercise, sweating, poor air conditioning exhaust, etc., sweat stagnation stimulates the skin, causing many secondary inflammatory reactions. 2, for the causes of eczema, usually pay more attention to the environment and clothing ventilation and comfort, and keep the body clean and dry, do not over-obese, can reduce the occurrence of disease, the onset of mild, may slowly disappear on its own, if the disease is serious, it is necessary to find a physician treatment, so as to avoid skin inflammation, itching problems, affecting work and sleep, and even after the second degree of infection to increase the difficulties of treatment. The summer dermatitis weather more high temperature and high humidity, many people do not pay attention to protection, suffering from light or heavy summer dermatitis, manifested as the skin, especially in the extremities of the limbs, calves deep side of a large erythema, erythema with dense pinhead to corn size papules, or even papules, scratching after more linear scratches, blood scabs, time can be rough skin, light brown pigmentation, mossy. Itching is obvious and mild burning sensation. Most commonly seen in adults over 30 years of age. After the decline in humidity or autumn cool more natural relief or recede, once the summer recurrence. 3, keep indoor ventilation, heat dissipation measures properly, so that the room temperature, humidity appropriate, clothing should be wide, light, absorb sweat, keep the skin clean and dry, it is desirable to wash with water outside and dry with a towel. The treatment can be oral antihistamines, external use of glyburide lotion, anti-itch alcohol, glucocorticoid creams, etc. Sunlight dermatitis sun overexposure to the skin, irradiation on the skin exposure, will cause redness, swelling, and even blisters on the back of the hands and face, accompanied by a burning sensation. It is mostly seen in fair-skinned people with light-sensitive muscles, or triggered by the intake of sensitive substances such as certain foods or medications. Fair-skinned women and young children with delicate skin are more likely to cause damage to their skin. It occurs in exposed areas such as the face, neck and fingers of both hands. There is a clear relationship with sun exposure, which can be reduced by itself in autumn and winter. 4, avoid exposure to the sun, as far as possible in the morning or evening activities; when going out in the sun, to hold an umbrella, wear a broad-brimmed hat, and can also apply sunscreen lotion. The actual dermatitis is a seasonal skin disease that occurs in the summer and disappears in the cool of autumn, with recurring episodes that occur on the extensor side of the limbs and even extend to the whole body, with symmetrical episodes. The symptoms include localized skin flushing in summer, followed by patches of tiny papules, itching, scratching without water, and the formation of blood crusts. Lai Wei, a member of the Cosmetic Dermatology Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health and director of the Department of Dermatology at Zhongshan Third Hospital, said in his analysis of the causes of common skin problems: “Although common skin problems such as prickly heat, acne, itchy skin, roughness and sweat smell occur in different locations and by different mechanisms, bacterial growth and infection are the main causes that trigger or aggravate these skin problems, so to prevent the occurrence of skin problems and obtain healthy skin, the removal of bacteria and antibacterial is the key.” Mosquito bites mosquito beaks sting into the skin after a stinging sensation, in the sting can appear edematous erythema, papules or windbags, in the center of the damage there is a pinhead large dark red petechiae, pressure rash can not be completely faded, in the painful point around the pale circle is its characteristics. The rash resolves on its own in 2 to 3 days. The extent of the rash reaction varies from person to person, some people can be asymptomatic after the bite, some have only mild itching and slight pain, but for some allergic people there can be significant redness and swelling, or even large petechiae, accompanied by intense itching and burning pain. Impetigo is prevalent in summer and autumn, with the highest incidence especially in late summer and early autumn when the weather is sweaty and muggy. Its incidence accounts for about 5% of dermatology outpatient visits, and it is most common in children aged 2-7 years. According to the main clinical symptoms, it can be divided into two types: 1. Herpetic impetigo caused by Staphylococcus aureus, initially as scattered blisters, in 1-2 d after the blisters rapidly increased to finger size or larger, the contents of the blisters are initially yellow and clear. After 1 d, the blisters become cloudy and the pus is deposited at the bottom of the blisters in the shape of a half-moon, which becomes one of the characteristics of this type of impetigo. The wall of the blister is thin and loose, and after breaking, the vesicular surface is exposed, and after drying, a yellow pus crust is formed. Sometimes the pus under the demented area overflows to the surrounding area, and new blisters occur around the area, which are arranged in a ring or chain ring shape, called impetigo circinata. It occurs on the face, extremities and other exposed parts, and it is pruritic, usually without systemic symptoms. 2.Unusual impetigo is also called contact infectious impetigo. It is caused by Streptococcus hemolyticus or mixed infection with Staphylococcus aureus. On the basis of erythema, thin-walled blisters occur, which are rapidly transformed into pustules, surrounded by an obvious red halo, and after the pustules break, the exudate dries and forms a thick honey-yellow scab, which expands in all directions and can fuse with adjacent lesions. Itching is often caused by scratching and the bacteria are constantly inoculated to other parts of the body and new rashes occur. The old scabs usually fall off naturally in about 6-10 days and heal without scarring. Severe cases are often complicated by lymphadenitis/fever and other systemic symptoms. This type of rash is usually found on the face, around the mouth (especially the corners of the mouth), around the nostrils, in the ears, and on the exposed parts of the limbs.
