Causes of acne on the sides of the chin

Pimples on both sides of the chin are considered to be acne, which is related to factors such as increased androgen levels, exuberant secretion of sebaceous glands, keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts, propagation of Propionibacterium folliculorum, and poor dietary habits. 1. Increased androgen levels: Increased androgen levels in the body are triggering factors that can cause increased sebaceous gland secretion: increased secretion from the follicular sebaceous glands can cause excessive keratinization of the sebaceous gland ducts to form acne. 2. Keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts: due to keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts, the ducts are blocked, resulting in acne. 3. Propionibacterium folliculorum multiplication: Propionibacterium folliculorum multiplication in the hair follicle will cause local inflammatory reaction, secretion stimulation of the follicle ducts, the formation of cell proliferation and hyperkeratosis to form acne. 4. Bad dietary habits: irregular life and diet, staying up late, exertion, mental stress, eating spicy, eating too sweet food, too oily food, are also triggering factors. There may be other causes of acne, so it is recommended to go to the hospital for examination first and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
