Common signs of bronchiectasis on chest x-ray

The common manifestations of bronchiectasis on chest X-ray are divided into cystic bronchiectasis and columnar bronchiectasis: 1. Cystic bronchiectasis generally forms a significant cystic cavity at the end of the bronchus, and there are also accompanying vascular dilatation next to the cavity, which can be manifested as ring-like changes, the dilated bronchus is the ring of the ring, and the dilated blood vessels are the ring surface of the ring. 2. Columnar bronchiectasis manifests The bronchial wall is thickened and can show double track sign. When the bronchial dilatation is combined with infection, it can be seen that there are air-fluid planes in the cystic cavity. According to the scope of bronchial dilatation, it can be divided into limited bronchial dilatation and generalized bronchial dilatation, and those involving one lung lobe or lung segment are called limited bronchial dilatation, while those involving multiple lung lobes of both lungs are called generalized bronchial dilatation, and string-like changes can often be seen.
