It is not possible to make a generalization as to whether poisoning after eating string beans will cure itself. If a patient is in relatively good autologic condition and has no primary disease, and has taken a small amount of string beans, but simply has digestive symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, heartburn, bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, he or she can usually cure himself or herself by drinking large amounts of warm water, or by inducing vomiting or picking the throat to expel the unabsorbed string beans. However, if the patient has poor health or more primary underlying diseases in the past, and after taking a large amount of allium, there are obvious comorbidities of other organs besides the digestive system, such as chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness, headache, oliguria and anuria, then it cannot be cured by itself and must be treated systematically in the hospital.
