How to tell if you have high or low estrogen

If you are unable to determine the level of estrogen on your own, you can take a sex hormone 6 test to find out whether your estrogen is high or low.
Estrogen is usually secreted by the follicular cells of the ovaries, mainly estradiol. Estrogen levels cannot be determined on your own, but can be determined by a sex hormone 6 test.
Sex hormone 6 is a routine test of the female reproductive system, including follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, progesterone, testosterone and prolactin. It is usually performed 3 to 5 days after the onset of menstruation, which can better reflect the functional status of the ovaries and make judgment on reproductive or endocrine diseases.
If the estrogen level is abnormal, further examination is needed to clarify the diagnosis and further treatment under the guidance of a specialist.
