The Dangers of Double Eyelids

The hazards of having double eyelids are surgical failure of unseen blepharoplasty, formation of triple eyelids, lack of power to open the eyes, incision scars, sunken eye sockets with multiple wrinkles, and eyelids that are too wide leading to dull eyes.
1. Aging appearance: eye sockets are sunken and wrinkled, leading to aging appearance.
2. Unattractive appearance: double eyelid line disappears, triple eyelids form, or double eyelids are too wide, too short, bilateral asymmetry, etc.
3. Weakness in opening eyes: mostly caused by early scar proliferation, mild ptosis before surgery, and too deep incision during surgery.
4. Incision scars: mostly caused by incision infection or scarred body.
5. Dull eyes: If the incision eyelid is too wide, the loose skin of the upper eyelid presses to the eyelashes will cause dull eyes.
Note that double eyelid should go to the regular medical institutions, after the evaluation of the physician to decide whether to operate, and for the operation of the physician’s technical requirements are high.
