There is no self-cure program for GERD. GERD mainly relies on dietary management, medication (e.g. omeprazole, domperidone) and even surgery. 1. Dietary management: reasonable diet structure, avoiding stimulating food; regular eating, avoiding overeating; not lying down after eating or not eating before going to bed; moderate exercise, avoiding sedentary or bedridden; emotional stability, avoiding anxiety and depression. 2. Drug therapy: proton pump inhibitors such as omeprazole and lansoprazole; gastrointestinal tract dynamics such as domperidone and mosapride. 3. Surgical treatment: For those who are ineffective in internal medicine conservative treatment, surgical treatment can be considered, and commonly used methods include anti-reflux surgery, gastric fundoplication, and so on. For the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, it is recommended to consult a doctor for individualized treatment plan.
