There are various reasons for the appearance of renal striated shadow, such as kidney cysts, kidney stones, kidney tumors or some occupying lesions may show kidney shadow in the examination. Kidney shadows in most cases indicate that the patient may have some kind of disease, which usually requires the patient to undergo further examination to determine.
Generally, after the appearance of renal striated shadow, patients need to use enhanced CT, enhanced MRI, ultrasonography and other enhanced imaging to clarify the nature of the lesion, and if necessary, may also need to carry out renal puncture pathology biopsy to clarify the examination.
