Electrocardiographic manifestations of lateral wall myocardial ischemia

In addition, some people may have ST-segment hypotropia or horizontal hypotropia in the leads corresponding to the lateral wall, or they may have symmetrical inversion of the T wave, or low flatness of the T wave in the r wave dominant leads, i.e., the T wave is less than 1/10 of the r wave in the same lead. Myocardial ischemia has occurred. However, there are some people with ST-segment upward sloping depression or non-specific ST-segment changes, which are not considered myocardial ischemia and may be non-specific.
