Recently, a patient, male, 62 years old, with thermal compression injuries of the right upper and both lower extremities, 35%, III, with deep tissue destruction, was treated in an outside hospital for 8 days and then transferred to our hospital. There was a long history of alcohol consumption (3-4 kg of yellow wine). Physical examination: confusion, non-answer, moderate fever, large amount of necrotic tissue residue in the right upper limb and both lower limbs, trauma bacterial culture: Bowers immobile, tigecycline sensitive only. After several debridements, autologous skin graft, clozapine 5 mg orally, sedation, tigecycline treatment, parenteral nutritional support, special plus yellow wine 50 ml bid orally. The patient improved and the wound healing was in progress.
