1. 3. Piriformis syndrome: when the right piriformis muscle injury or inflammatory changes may damage and stimulate the sciatic nerve, resulting in sciatica symptoms, such as right buttock and leg pain, and the pain is more intense, and is not easy to relieve in the short term.
4. Sciatica: If the right sciatic nerve is inflamed, or the sciatic nerve is stimulated by mechanical compression and injury, it can also lead to right hip and leg pain.
