What’s wrong with the itchy chest?

Common causes of itchy nipples include physiological factors and pathological factors (common in breast eczema, neurodermatitis, breast hyperplasia, breast cancer and other diseases).
1. Physiological factors: If you are allergic to the dyes, silk fabrics, woolen fabrics, etc. in the clothes you are wearing, or external friction, or do not pay attention to personal hygiene and cleanliness, you are prone to nipple itching symptoms.
2. Pathological factors
(1) breast eczema: the cause of this disease is unknown, may be related to mental stress, genetic factors, contact with irritating substances, mainly manifested as itchy nipples, dark red spots, papules, papules and other symptoms.
(2) neurodermatitis: the etiology of this disease is unclear, may be related to scratching, chronic friction, neuropsychiatric factors, gastrointestinal dysfunction, dietary factors, local stimulation, etc., manifested as light red papules, few scales, itching and other symptoms.
(3) Breast hyperplasia:The occurrence of this disease is mainly related to the imbalance of the ratio of estrogen and progesterone, abnormal quality and quantity of mammary sex hormone receptors, elevated prolactin and other factors, manifested as breast pain, nodules, lumps, nipple overflow, and may be itching and other symptoms.
(4) Breast cancer:Including inflammatory breast cancer and eczema-like breast cancer, in which inflammatory breast cancer manifests as redness, swelling, warmth, itching of nipple and other symptoms, and eczema-like breast cancer manifests as scaling and itching of areola area and other symptoms.
