Chinese medicine classification of cervical spondylosis

  According to the diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine, cervical spondylosis can be divided into five types: 1. Wind-cold paralysis: numbness of the neck, shoulders and upper limbs with string pain, mainly pain, heavy head, stiffness of the neck, unfavorable movement, cold and wind. Commonly, the tongue is light red, the coating is thin and white, and the pulse is tight.  2.Blood stasis and qi stagnation: tingling pain in the neck and shoulder and upper limbs, with fixed pain, accompanied by numbness of the limbs. Commonly has a dark tongue and a stringent pulse.  3.Phlegm-dampness blocking the ligaments: dizziness, dizziness, head heavy as a wrap, numbness of the extremities, dullness. Dark red tongue, common thick and greasy coating, and smooth pulse.  4, Liver and kidney deficiency: dizziness and headache, tinnitus and deafness, insomnia and dreaminess, numbness of the limbs, redness of the face and eyes. Commonly with a red tongue and less fluid, and a stringent pulse.  5, deficiency of qi and blood: dizziness, pale face, palpitation, shortness of breath, numbness in the limbs, tiredness and fatigue. Commonly has a pale tongue with little coating and a weak pulse.
