Tiepi Fengdu, also known as Dendrobium, is best taken after decocting with water.
Dendrobium is the dried stem of orchid Dendrobium, spiral or spring-shaped called dendrobium, cylindrical called dendrobium, take 6~12g of dendrobium, decocted with water until boiling, until the water boils and then change to simmering, continue to decoct for 3 hours, hold until warm to drink; dendrobium can also be added to fish soup, chicken soup, lean meat soup and other soups stewed to drink.
Dendrobium has the efficacy of benefiting the stomach, nourishing the yin and clearing the heat, which can be used for treating fever and fluid injuries, dry mouth and thirst, gastric yin insufficiency (insufficient yin fluid in the stomach), less food and dry vomiting, deficiency of heat after illness, yin deficiency and fire, bone vapor and labor heat, dark and unclear vision, impotence of sinews and bones (muscle thinning, numbness of the skin, hands and feet do not use) and other illnesses.
