Fibrosarcoma is a kind of malignant tumor from fibroblasts, with high degree of malignancy and easy to metastasize, which needs timely treatment. Fibrosarcoma is one of the subtypes of soft tissue sarcoma, the tumor mostly occurs in subcutaneous soft tissues, more common in oral and maxillofacial sarcoma, can occur throughout the body, adult-type fibrosarcoma mostly occurs in young adults, the degree of malignancy is relatively high, and prone to metastasis, such as hematogenous metastasis, the most common metastasis to the lungs, liver and bones. Most of the disease manifests as slow-growing isolated painless or painful nodules, and is most often diagnosed with the discovery of a localized mass. Generally, prompt surgical treatment is required after detection. However, since the in situ recurrence rate of fibrosarcoma is very high, postoperative review is particularly important. Patients are advised to go to the hospital promptly if they find fibrosarcoma.
