Most syphilis can be cured, except for stage III syphilis, or late syphilis, because stage III syphilis has caused irreversible damage to many organs of the body and treatment is difficult to allow recovery. Syphilis treatment takes a long time, starting with receiving treatment, and generally requires observation for 2-3 years, with a review every 3 months in the 1st year after regular treatment for serological testing and observation of the virus. If the control is better, it will be reviewed every 6 months in the 2nd-3rd years. If the results are normal in 3-4 consecutive examinations during the reexamination, syphilis can be judged as cured at this time.
