Bleeding from mixed hemorrhoids is mainly caused by the local abrasion of the hemorrhoid nucleus by the stool during defecation, which leads to bleeding. Hemorrhoids themselves belong to a benign disease of the rectal perineum, which is formed due to impaired venous reflux and tortuous formation of the rectal perineum, which is itself a vascular mass-like substance that bleeds when the nucleus of the hemorrhoid is cut during defecation, and it is mostly fresh blood, usually dripping after defecation. Mixed hemorrhoids can be accompanied by bleeding and obvious pain during defecation because of the presence of both internal and external hemorrhoids, especially thrombosed external hemorrhoids are more common. If you find mixed hemorrhoids and there is recurrent bleeding, it is generally recommended to go to a regular hospital for rectal examination and anoscopy to make a clear diagnosis and then take symptomatic treatment based on surgical treatment. During the treatment period, patients should avoid spicy and stimulating diet and also alcohol.
