Testicular biopsy refers to the removal of part of the testicular tissue for pathological examination through surgical biopsy, testicular puncture and other methods. 1. Surgical biopsy: after local anesthesia of the scrotum skin, make an incision, and squeeze out a small portion of testicular tissue after incision of the leucorrhoea, which will be used as a specimen for pathological examination. The operation process should pay attention to the aseptic operation to prevent infection, avoid sexual life after the operation and pay attention to rest. 2. Puncture biopsy: after local skin disinfection, a puncture needle is used to pass through the skin, subcutaneous tissue and leucomembrane in order to take out part of testicular tissue for biopsy. This method is commonly used because of its small damage and quick recovery. Generally testicular biopsy is an important means of diagnosing testicular spermatogenic abnormalities and related diseases, so patients need not be overly nervous and worried. When testicular biopsy is needed, it should be carried out in regular hospitals and under the guidance of doctors to avoid adverse consequences.
