Post-cholecystectomy patients should resume their diet as soon as possible, starting with a small amount of water. If there are no digestive symptoms, you can eat a liquid diet, and then gradually return to a semi-liquid diet or even a normal diet. The diet should be regular, quantitative, small and frequent, with high-calorie, high-protein and high-vitamin foods, including fish, soy products, dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, such as apples, bananas, pears, oranges and kiwis. There are also fresh green leafy vegetables, which are still very high in vitamin content, such as spinach, celery, cabbage, etc. For patients after cholecystectomy, attention should be paid to keeping the abdomen warm from the cold. At the same time, you can also eat lean meat, such as beef and mutton, according to the patient’s recovery situation, which is good for the body’s recovery. Postoperative patients should try to avoid drinking alcohol and eating high-fat and greasy food, such as fatty meat, animal offal, fried food, burgers, pizza, etc., to avoid abdominal distension, fatty diarrhea and other related manifestations.
