Uterine prolapse with vesicorectal distention

In middle-aged and elderly women, a swelling is found at the vaginal opening, sometimes it can be returned at rest, but in severe cases it needs to be returned by hand to urinate, accompanied by difficulty in urination, difficulty in defecation, back pain, and frequent urination. The clinical diagnosis was pelvic floor dysfunction, uterine prolapse, bladder, and rectal distention. The surgical solution, mesh suspension of the whole pelvic floor, allows complete anatomical repositioning and thus restoration of urinary and bowel function. Especially for the recurrence of various surgeries, mesh suspension is the only option. The surgery is difficult and only a few large hospitals are mature enough to do it.
