Insufficient cerebral blood supply infusion effect in a few days

In patients with cerebral blood supply deficiency who have severe clinical signs and symptoms and require infusion therapy, the infusion may be effective for seven days. Some patients may also show significant efficacy after one day of infusion. Clinically, the main treatment is to improve blood circulation and brain metabolism. Drugs to improve blood circulation are generally applied to shuxin, vincristine, chuanxiongzin, sparing blood, and pethidine; drugs to improve brain metabolism are commonly used clinically, such as cytarabine, cerebroprotein hydrolysate, oracetam, piracetam, and also vincristine. Patients with cerebral insufficiency can present with a variety of different signs and symptoms, mostly episodic, and can present with episodic hemiplegic sensory impairment, motor impairment, and possibly hemianopia, and some patients can also present with speech dysfunction. In the case of inadequate blood supply to the vertebrobasilar system, patients mainly present with dizziness, nausea, vomiting, balance disorders and ataxia. Some patients may have no clinical signs and symptoms, and the ischemic foci are mainly detected during cranial MRI.
