In clinical practice, there are several methods to detect pregnancy: 1) urine HCG test, if it is about 35 days after menopause, it is better to use morning urine for testing because the level of HCG in morning urine is relatively high, so the positive rate will be high; 2) blood HCG test, which is more sensitive in clinical practice, can detect pregnancy through blood HCG when it is 31-32 days after menopause. Basically, the pregnancy can be detected by blood HCG at 31-32 days after menopause; 3. The gestational sac can be seen in the uterine cavity relatively late through ultrasound examination, for example, most of them can be seen only after 35 days after menopause. It is advisable to have an ultrasound examination after 40 days of menopause if you are not in any discomfort. If you want to continue the pregnancy, it is advisable to have an abdominal ultrasound to be able to detect if you are pregnant.
