What’s wrong with a child who squints at things?

Children squinting to see things, may be refractive error or eye inflammatory diseases and other causes. 1. Refractive error: children squinting, frowning, looking forward and other visual manifestations, mostly myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and other refractive errors. The child’s eyesight is not clear, thus the above mentioned manifestations. 2. Inflammation of the eye: children with conjunctivitis, keratitis and other inflammatory diseases of the eye, under the stimulation of inflammation, children may appear photophobia, tearing, conjunctival congestion and other uncomfortable symptoms, so children may appear squinting visual performance. It is recommended that children who always squint should consult a doctor for evaluation of their condition and choose the appropriate treatment according to the doctor’s instructions.
