Can polycystic ovaries be cured?

With the current level of medicine, there is no way to cure polycystic ovary syndrome, either with conservative medication or surgery. Polycystic ovary syndrome is often caused by endocrine abnormalities in the ovaries, resulting in increased androgens and an abnormal ratio of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, as well as prolonged anovulation, resulting in delayed menstrual cycles and even amenorrhea. Since the cause of polycystic ovary syndrome is not particularly clear, but may be due to the interaction of genetic and environmental factors, there is usually no way to cure it completely. For example, adolescent women can take DYXA to regulate their menstrual cycle. For women of childbearing age, the main purpose is to promote ovulation to cause pregnancy, so at this time you can usually consider taking ovulation-promoting drugs to promote ovulation and pregnancy, such as clomiphene or letrozole, which are the most common. Therefore, even though polycystic ovaries cannot be completely cured, patients with fertility requirements can achieve the goal of having children through ovulation promotion, so there is no need to worry too much.
