An axillary temperature of more than 37.3 degrees for more than 3 days should warrant a visit to the fever clinic. In the current epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia, it is recommended that patients with epidemiological history, that is, a history of travel or residence in Hubei, or Wenzhou and other surrounding areas 14 days before the onset of the disease, and a history of close contact with patients with confirmed or suspected novel coronavirus pneumonia, who have a fever of more than 37.3 degrees, should go to the fever clinic to improve routine blood, chest CT, novel coronavirus nucleic acid test etc. to rule out novel coronavirus infection. If novel coronavirus infection is ruled out, patients with fever should also consider whether other bacteria, common respiratory viruses, or atypical pathogens such as mycoplasma or chlamydia are combined, and further investigations are needed to identify the cause and treat the disease symptomatically.
