What are the anti-lung cancer drugs

The main drugs for lung cancer treatment are targeted drugs, immunotherapy drugs, chemotherapy drugs and traditional Chinese medicine. The commonly used targeted drugs include gefitinib, troche, oseltinib and anlotinib. Patients need to do genetic testing before applying targeted drug therapy, and if EGFR mutation, they can take oral ERSA or troche with better effect. Immunotherapy drugs, mainly the commonly used K drugs and O drugs, can often achieve better results for PD-1 tests with positive rates greater than 50%. Anlotinib is generally used for patients who progress after chemotherapy. The commonly used chemotherapy drugs are mainly pemetrexed, gemcitabine, paclitaxel, doxorubicin, cisplatin and nedaplatin, irinotecan, etc. The two-drug combination regimen is generally chosen for treatment. If patients are in poor health and cannot tolerate the above treatment, they can also choose traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Commonly used Chinese medicines include Ginsenyi capsule and Kanglet capsule, which have certain inhibitory effect on lung cancer.
