There are no obvious symptoms and signs in the early stage of cervical cancer, and some changes on the cervix may be found during gynecological examination, but it is difficult to be detected prematurely in the clinic. Symptoms will not develop with the change of the condition. The very common symptom in the early stage is vaginal bleeding, mostly contact bleeding, such as bleeding after coitus and bleeding after sexual intercourse. Irregular vaginal bleeding will occur in middle and late stages, and the amount of bleeding is mainly related to the size of lesions and the invasion of blood vessels. There are three types of cervical cancer: one is exogenous type, which will show vaginal bleeding symptoms earlier with more bleeding; the other is endogenous type, which usually has no bleeding in the early stage, but only in the late stage; and there is another symptom is vaginal discharge, which is usually white or bloody or fishy odor, which should be paid attention to. There are two early symptoms of cervical cancer: one is vaginal bleeding, the other is vaginal discharge, and the vast majority of cervical cancer is difficult to be detected in the early stage without typical clinical symptoms, and it is often exogenous to see vaginal bleeding in the early stage, and if it is endogenous, there is no bleeding in the early stage, which will be detected by cervical cancer screening of TCT. Therefore, it is necessary for women to be screened for cervical cancer during menstruation every year.
