Spots on the face usually include freckles, chloasma, seborrheic keratosis, pigmented moles, etc. They can usually be removed, but some of them may recur. Topical medication, physical methods, surgical removal and other methods can be used.

4. Pigmented nevus: generally does not require treatment, if there is a cosmetic demand, you can take cosmetic laser treatment such as fractional laser. Surgical excision should be considered for nevus cell nevus occurring in palm and plantar, waist, armpit, groin and shoulder which are easy to be rubbed or injured. Those with malignant tendency should be excised as early as possible, and histopathological examination should be done at the same time.
