What’s wrong with standing up and getting dizzy?

Many people will encounter the symptoms of dizziness after standing up after squatting for a long time, there are two main situations that lead to this symptom: 1. The first situation: because people are squatting, the legs are compressed, the blood vessels in the legs are compressed, and the blood reaching the lower limbs will be reduced. If you stand up violently, the blood vessels in the lower extremities are released from compression and will fill up rapidly, the blood in the lower extremities will increase, the blood supply to the brain will decrease, and there will be insufficient blood supply to the vertebral arteries, and then dizziness will occur. 2, the second situation: the body has organic lesions, such as anemia. But anemic patients, not necessarily all appear this condition, it by reducing the time of squatting, strengthening nutrition, body self-regulation, but also can not appear dizziness. There are also cardiovascular diseases, brain tumors, neurasthenia, arrhythmia, etc. There is also a condition called postural hypotension, which usually occurs in patients with weaker constitution or sympathetic nerve dysfunction, when standing up quickly, postural hypotension occurs, which in turn leads to dizziness symptoms. In patients with postural hypotension, it can be judged by checking the blood pressure in lying and standing, and if the blood pressure of both exceeds 30 mmHg or more, it should be highly suspected that there is a disease in this area. Therefore, for those with organic lesions, prompt treatment is needed, while for non-organic lesions, no treatment is needed.
