Brushing your teeth properly is the key to oral health!

If you brush your teeth incorrectly and your teeth are not cleaned in time, bacteria will multiply in your mouth, leading to a series of oral diseases such as caries and periodontal disease. At the same time, through eating, bacteria enter the digestive system with food and so on, which can further cause diseases in other tissues, organs and parts of the body. When the body’s resistance is weak, the bacteria in the mouth may also enter the systemic system through blood circulation, leading to the occurrence of various systemic diseases. In addition, studies have shown that poor oral hygiene is also a factor in the development of oral cancer. Numerous diseases are inextricably linked to oral bacteria, yet not many people are aware of this powerful relationship. The main reason for this is that we do not have enough awareness of the disease and people do not have easy access to the relevant knowledge, so they cannot have a clear understanding of the seriousness of the disease. We have entered the era of high incidence of diseases, for the occurrence of diseases, it is difficult to solve the problem by treatment alone, and even many diseases can not be cured by treatment under the current level of medical technology. Then the best way to control diseases is prevention. Spending less human, material and financial resources for the greater welfare of mankind. The best way to prevent oral diseases and the resultant systemic diseases is to brush your teeth properly and effectively. There are many methods of brushing teeth, but there is no really effective scientific method that is easy to learn. Dr. Yao Jun, a dentist in Japan, introduced the “all-inclusive” brushing method based on a detailed study of brushing methods. Let’s learn more about what the “all sides” method of brushing is. It has three core principles: 1, the teeth are divided into six zones and sixteen surfaces: the zones are to understand the parts of the teeth when brushing, specifically the front teeth of the single jaw for a zone with two lip and tongue side, both sides of the back teeth for a zone with lip and tongue jaw three surfaces, so that the single jaw three zones, a total of eight surfaces, and the upper and lower jaws add up to six zones and sixteen surfaces, which is the “face to face “This is the “face face”. 2, brush teeth with 100 grams: 100 grams of force is actually very light, that is, the toothbrush on the teeth feel. If you brush too hard, the tip of the bristles will sting the gums, so that when brushing our teeth we subconsciously give way to the part of the gums that connects to the teeth (medically known as the gingival sulcus). This is often the place where food residue is most likely to accumulate, which results in not brushing the area that needs to be brushed the most. Therefore, brushing should not be done with force. 3, brushing with the trembling method: the use of trembling movement can make the tip of the brush bristles and the tooth surface good combination, brushing the tip of the bristles in a small range of rotation on the tooth surface to clean the tooth surface, to avoid long distance movement on the tooth surface uneven wear. This way, long-term brushing will not produce scratches on the tooth surface. At the same time, the tip of the bristles can gently enter the part of the tooth where the gum meets the tooth (the gingival sulcus mentioned earlier) when chattering, cleaning the least brushable areas while massaging the gums. The quivering can be horizontal or vertical, or even in a circular motion. Compared with a large horizontal brushing, it will not damage the neck of the teeth and is less likely to damage the gums, while brushing the roots and gaps of the teeth, which can effectively clean food debris and bacteria. Brushing is the most popular method of oral health care, so the easier it should be, the better. “It is easy to learn, easy to master for beginners, easy to learn, scientifically effective, and worthy of promotion and popularization. To prevent diseases and keep away from illnesses, the first thing to do is to brush your teeth correctly.
