How long before you can eat fruit with supplements

Newborns can eat fruit when they add complementary foods, but different traits and amounts of fruit are added at different ages.
1. 6 months: newborns should add 1⁓2 spoonfuls of pureed or crushed fruit, about 10 ml⁓20 ml.
2. 7⁓9 months: add 1/3 bowl of pureed or crumbled fruit puree, in a 250ml bowl.
3.10⁓12 months: add 1/2 bowl of crumbled or finger-sized small pieces of fruit, again in a 250ml sized bowl.
4.13⁓24 months: a variety of fruits can be served, strips or balls of chunks 1/2⁓2/3 bowl.
The addition of fruits in the newborn should follow a gradual increase from less to more, from one to many, from fine to coarse and from soft to hard. However, the decision will depend on the individual child, so consult your doctor to personalize the addition.
