Hypertension is usually most commonly seen in cardiology. From the endocrine point of view, all causes of hypertension should be investigated first, except for secondary hypertension, and after excluding secondary hypertension, primary hypertension is the most common. After treatment in endocrinology, except for secondary hypertension, the patient can be referred to hypertension department, which is the process of patient consultation. If a patient with hypertension has an acute attack, sudden increase in blood pressure causes dizziness, headache, vomiting, and a persistent increase in blood pressure, he or she can go to the emergency department for emergency treatment and gradual stabilization of blood pressure by intravenous application of antihypertensive drugs.
