Does Abecelix work well?



Abciximil is an oral targeted CDK4/6 inhibitor that improves the efficacy of endocrine therapy for breast cancer; it is more effective.

Abciximil can selectively inhibit cell cycle protein-dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6), restore cell cycle control and block tumor cell proliferation.Indications:

1. hormone receptor positive (HR+) and HER2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer, especially patients with advanced or metastasized breast cancer;

2. used together with fulvestrant in women whose disease has worsened after hormonal therapy for breast cancer;

3. alone in women and men with breast cancer whose disease has worsened after receiving hormonal therapy;

4. in breast cancer patients previously treated with chemotherapy;

5. used with aromatase inhibitors as first-line hormone therapy for breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

Adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation, mouth ulcers, loss of appetite, weight loss, hair loss, itching, rash, headache, change in taste, dizziness, etc., may occur with the use of Abciximab, and it is recommended to consult with a specialist before use of the drug to weigh the advantages and disadvantages.
