Surgical treatment: the common cause of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury is caused by thyroid surgery, the method is to release the suspicious wire knot, surgical exploration and so on. (1) Undoing the suspicious knot: In case of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, the stitches of the suspicious thyroid surgery should be loosened to expose the recurrent laryngeal nerve on the affected side.
