You can tell if you are depressed by whether you have had the following symptoms and manifestations for two weeks: 1. unexplained low mood. 2. no longer interested in things that used to interest you. 3. can’t be happy. 4. become low in self-confidence and low self-esteem. 5. often blame yourself and even feel guilty. 6. have light thoughts or behaviors. 7. slow thinking, reduced concentration, low learning and work efficiency. 8. 8.Feeling like a brain mush, reluctant to talk or move around. 9.Decreased or increased appetite with corresponding changes in weight. 10.Sleep disorders, such as difficulty falling asleep and early awakening. 11.Decreased sexual function. The above symptoms are present most of the time since two weeks, and if at least four of them are satisfied, you can judge that you have depression and need to go to a regular hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.
