What are the indications for intra-articular cavity injection?

  Indications include: 1, relief of symptoms of tendon sheath, synovial and non-infectious inflammation: 2, suppression of non-infectious arthritis in large joints; 3, most of the arthritis has been controlled, and the inflammation of individual joints has improved; 4, to promote the recovery of joint function and adjuvant treatment of joint physiotherapy; 5, transition treatment when systemic treatment has not yet been effective; 6, when systemic use of glucocorticoids is contraindicated.  Contraindications include: 1, infectious arthritis; 2, near the injection site or with systemic infection; 3, serious damage to the lower limb joints; 4, the application of anticoagulant drugs.
