Sensory integration training is important

There are various stimuli in the environment, and the human brain collects these information in the surrounding environment through the sensory system (including sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, etc.) and integrates them to form perception so that the brain can respond to the stimuli appropriately and effectively in a timely manner. This process is called sensory integration. In daily life, all human actions and behaviors are related to the sensory integration function of the brain’s nervous system. For example, crawling, standing, walking, running, eating, dressing, and all the other behaviors of life indoors and outdoors and playing. Once the problem of sensory integration occurs, there will be heavy obstacles such as uncoordinated movements, inability to complete complex movements and behaviors, and inability to perform normal daily life, learning and play. Therefore, correction of children’s sensory integration disorder is extremely important for children’s mental growth and psychological health.
