Minimally invasive robotic surgery for horseshoe kidney and hydronephrosis

Mr. Liu, 30 years old, with back discomfort, was examined and found to have a congenital renal malformation: horseshoe kidney with significant left renal pelvis effusion. Today, robotic-assisted laparoscopy was performed: partial separation of the horseshoe kidney clamp, left renal clamp ectopic vascular dissection, left kidney rotation, fixation, left renal pelvis and ureteroplasty. The operative time was 1 hour and 20 minutes.
