Are there any risks associated with revascularization treatment

Revascularization therapy carries a risk of hemorrhagic transformation, with a 2% to 7% incidence of symptomatic hemorrhagic transformation after thrombolysis. The thrombolytic drug alteplase (rt-PA) also has the potential to cause angioneurotic edema. However, overall, the benefits of revascularization therapy outweigh the disadvantages, and medical staff will closely monitor changes in the condition during treatment and take appropriate measures to prevent and treat complications.
