The need for surgery for cerebellar hemorrhage should be decided according to the specific situation. Those with less bleeding, effective conservative treatment and less serious symptoms or those who do not reach the indication for surgery can be treated without surgery for the time being. If the cerebellar hematoma of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is greater than 10 ml or may cause herniation of the foramen magnum, surgery is needed in time.
